This seems like a great idea- out of sight out of mind!
I’ve done the same with TikTok - the other apps don’t seem as time consuming for me. It’s definitely a bit of a mind-hack.

I mean, they are all still there but if you never check them…you’ll never know.

I have been looking at the apps, but it's that slight extra effort - swipe down, start typing the app name, realising you can't remember which one you actually wanted to look at, then giving up and playing Wordle or Connections instead.
